a data set of the manucript :A high throughput plant regeneration of Sapium sebiferum

A high-yielding tree (23-year-old) with red-type leaf was selected from a natural S. sebiferum population in Feidong County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China, and served as the source for explants. The effect of cytokinin, explant orientation, explant type as well as culture vessel type on adventitious shoots induction, themedium supple-mented with various concentrations (0.0, 0.1 or 0.5 mg l−1)of GA3 alone or in combination with 0.2 mg l-1 or 0.5 mg l-1 6-BA on shoot multiplication and elongation, the paramaters on rooting were studied .All the experiments were conducted in a completely randomized design. Every treatment was repeated three times, and each experiment contained at least 20 explants. The cultures were observed periodically and the statistical analysis was carried out using Origin 8.5 software. The data were processed by the analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Tukey’s test at P < 0.05, and they were finally expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD).
