The available data is the development plan “Ifang II (1st amendment)” of the municipality Eimeldingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: On the Flst. No. 3529, 3530 is allowed for single and semi-detached buildings.开发计划（BPL）包含针对城市规划管控的具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用规划为依据编制。本次可用数据集为埃梅尔丁根（Eimeldingen）自治市依托XPlanung 5.0标准编制的开发计划《Ifang II（第一次修订版）》。说明：在地块编号3529、3530范围内，准许建设独立住宅与半独立住宅。
