The modularity measures derived from the functional connectivity (FC) and structural connectivity (SC) matrices of the entire patient (EP) group, the cognitively impaired patient (IP) group, and the healthy controls.

The modularity measures comprise the between-module (BT) and within module connectivity values; the latter averaged over all four functional modules (WI) and per functional module (WI1…4).模块化指标涵盖模块间（between-module，BT）与模块内连接值两类；其中后者包含两类：一是在全部四个功能模块上取平均的模块内连接值（within module，WI），二是对应每个功能模块的模块内连接值（WI1…WI4）。
