This experiment determined the transcriptome response of SKBR3 HER2-positive breast cancer cells made resistant to 300nM lapatinib, to long-term treatment (8 days) of 300nM JQ1 or 1uM I-BET151. Resistant cells were kept in the presence of lapatinib for these treatments.
