The relationship between sleep quality, stress and academic performance among Jordanian medical students: A cross sectional dataset

This dataset was collected from medical students in Jordan to evaluate the prevalence of stress and sleep quality. The K10 stress scale and PSQI score, along with demographic information, were utilized for the assessment.本数据集采集自约旦的医学生群体，用于评估压力与睡眠质量的流行率。本次评估采用了K10压力量表（K10 stress scale）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分（PSQI score）以及人口统计学相关信息。
