Change in olive oil production volume in Italy 2023, by region

In 2023, the Italian production of olive oil decreased in all the northern regions compared to 2022. On the other hand, the leading region in terms of production capacity, Apulia, saw its production volumes increase by 103 percent. The highest percentage increase was registered in Basilicata. In the region, the production of olive oil increase by 148 percent.
