Analysis of RNA polymerase II clusters in fixed embryos injected with antigen-binding fragments

Data and scripts for the analysis of RNA polymerase II clusters. The data set includes data obtained from fixed zebrafish embryos injected with antigen-binding fragments, CellProfiler pipelines for the initial analysis of images are provided, along with Python scripts to export data into CSV format and execute downstream analysis.本数据集包含用于RNA聚合酶II（RNA polymerase II）簇分析的配套数据与脚本。其中实验数据来源于经抗原结合片段（antigen-binding fragments）注射后的固定斑马鱼胚胎；同时提供了用于图像初步分析的CellProfiler分析流程，以及可将数据导出为逗号分隔值（CSV）格式并执行下游分析的Python脚本。
