We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the gene expression dynamics of germ cell development during spermatogenesis in the testis. Testicular cells were isolated from mouse seminferous tubules using 2 step enzymatic digestion followed by filteration using 100 µm and 40 µm cell strainer and analyzed using scRNAseq.
