INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING THE INTELLECTUALIZATION OF WOMEN'S LABOR

This article analyzes the reforms being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan to enhance the role and status of women in society, ensure their employment, improve working conditions, and strengthen their socio-economic activity. The study reveals the content of measures taken on the basis of regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring gender equality in our country, in particular, resolutions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Issues of improving women's labor management, developing remote employment, vocational retraining, and supporting women's entrepreneurship are also highlighted. The article scientifically substantiates priority areas aimed at strengthening the social protection of women, increasing their employment, and ensuring their active participation in the life of society.本文聚焦乌兹别克斯坦共和国正在推行的各项改革举措，旨在提升女性在社会中的角色与地位、保障其充分就业、改善劳动条件，并强化其社会经济参与活力。本研究阐明了该国为保障性别平等，依托各类规范性法律文件所出台的各项举措的具体内涵，其中尤其涵盖乌兹别克斯坦共和国总统签署的决议与政令。研究同时重点探讨了优化女性劳动管理、发展远程就业模式、开展职业技能再培训以及扶持女性创业等相关议题。此外，本文还从科学视角论证了强化女性社会保护、提升其就业水平，以及保障其积极参与社会生活的优先发展方向。
