PMT Tropane alkaloid

We downloaded all orthologous sequences of TAa and TPSs of <i>D. stramonium</i>, <i>D. metel</i> and 11 species of Solanaceae to construct the orthogrpups. Downloades sequenceso of proteins and ORF were extracted using TransDecoder and corroborated with GenScan. TPS genes were translated with GenScan, are in the right direction and are the correct CDS; we corroborated this with the NCBI. The database used for BLAST was Uniprot; all available data for the analyzed plant species were downloaded. These amounts 847,544 3. BLAST was carried out with a filtering evalue of 1e-³, and only hits above 85 % were selected.本研究下载了曼陀罗（D. stramonium）、毛曼陀罗（D. metel）以及11种茄科植物的TAa与TPSs的所有直系同源序列，以构建直系同源组。利用TransDecoder提取所得的蛋白质序列与开放阅读框（ORF）序列，并通过GenScan进行验证。通过GenScan翻译得到的TPS基因序列方向正确且为准确的编码序列（CDS），我们已通过美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI）完成了该结果的验证。本次BLAST比对采用的数据库为UniProt数据库；我们下载了所有分析所用植物物种的可用数据，总计847,544条。本次比对设置的过滤E值为1×10⁻³，仅保留相似度高于85%的比对命中结果。
