Study site locations, site codes, Inbreeding coefficient (FIS) and Bottleneck test results for nine study sites. FIS for each site is averaged across eleven microsatellite loci and corresponding P-values refer to test for heterozygote excess. Observed heterozygosity (HO) and expected heterozygosity (HE) presented as mean across all loci with one standard deviation in parentheses. Results of Bottleneck analyses comprise P-values for one-tail Wilcoxon test for heterozygote excess. NS  =  not significant.
