Monthly weather Newport

This file contains a list of list of monthly totals/Averages for our synoptic station in Newport. The file is updated daily. Values for each month include: Name; Report; Year; Month; Total Rainfall in millimetres; Mean dry bulb temperature in degrees; Mean 10 cm soil temperature in degrees; Total global solar radiation; Total potential evaporation; Total evaporation; Degree days below 15.5 degrees celcius本文件包含纽波特（Newport）地面气象观测站的逐月总量与平均值嵌套列表，每日更新。各月份的统计项包括：站点名称、观测报告、年份、月份、总降雨量（单位：毫米）、平均干球温度（单位：摄氏度）、10厘米平均土壤温度（单位：摄氏度）、总全球太阳辐射量、总潜在蒸发量、总实际蒸发量以及15.5摄氏度以下的度日数。
