Dataset of the construction and characterization of stable biological nanoparticles

Each DMPC curve-point was normalized to absorbance at minute 0 at λ325nm. Quantification of lipoproteins was performed by scanning the lane density after imaging the entire gels, by using ImageJ software version 1.51 j8. Particle morphology was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) on a JEOL-1200 EX.每一个DMPC曲线点均以λ325nm波长下第0分钟的吸光度进行归一化处理。脂蛋白的定量分析通过对整块凝胶成像后扫描泳道密度完成，所用软件为ImageJ 1.51j8版本。颗粒形貌通过JEOL-1200 EX型透射电子显微镜（transmission electron microscopy, TEM）进行表征。
