Genome annotation files of <i>Xenocypris davidi.</i>

In this study, by leveraging the PacBio sequencing technology and Hi-C technology, and integrating the data from second-generation transcriptome sequencing, we successfully obtained the chromosome-level genomic data of <i>Xenocypris davidi</i>.本研究中，我们依托PacBio测序技术与Hi-C技术，并整合二代转录组测序数据，成功获取了达氏鲴（Xenocypris davidi）的染色体级基因组数据。
