OTU Table showing presence/absence for PLOS paper

Presence absence OTU table for data set used in the described publication with Taxonomic ID. R = recruits, S = small colonies, M = medium colonies, L = large colonies, VL = very large colonies. Each line represents a different sample. SKL = skeleton from medium colonies only, T = tissue, M = mucus and A = endolithic algae.本数据集对应已发表研究中使用的存在-缺失操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit, OTU）表，附带分类学标识符（Taxonomic ID）。其中R代表招募体（recruits），S代表小型菌落，M代表中型菌落，L代表大型菌落，VL代表超大型菌落。每行对应一个独立样本。SKL仅指中型菌落的骨骼，T代表组织，M代表黏液，A代表内生藻类。
