资源简介:
Synechoccous is one of the important primary producers in the ocean and plays a significant role in the marine carbon cycle. Most previous articles have used in-situ metagenomic sequencing to study the lineage diversity of the Synechococcus community, and often ignored the annotation results at the strain level. In this paper, 1000 cells of the Synechoccous were selected by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FASC), and the diversity and spatiotemporal changes of clade and strain communities were assessed by ITS region third-generation sequencing. At the same time, the annotation results of in-situ metagenome and FASC-metagenome from three sampling sites in August were compared. FASC-metagenome can reveal the rare Synechococcus strains failed by in-situ metagenome.
