It's data and code for working paper "Human Capital Mobility under the Iron Curtain: International Student Network and International Sanction Network ", in which we think international sanction network has a negative impact on the international student network (ISN). We also reveal the direct effects and indirect spillover effects by counterfactual simulations.Data includes internatinoal student mobility, international sanction and other countries' attributes. R Code provided includes ERGM, TERGM, VCERGM, PSTERGM, simulations and so on.

本数据集与配套代码来自工作论文《铁幕之下的人力资本流动：国际学生网络与国际制裁网络》。研究表明国际制裁网络对国际学生网络（International Student Network，ISN）存在负向影响，并通过反事实模拟方法揭示了其直接效应与间接溢出效应。数据集涵盖国际学生流动、国际制裁以及其他国家的属性特征。所提供的R代码包含ERGM、TERGM、VCERGM、PSTERGM模型及模拟分析等内容。
