This is the alternate pseudohaplotype of the Pongo pygmaeus sample AG05252 (ToLID: mPonPyg2). This includes autosomes from one pseudohaplotype; it excludes the autosomes from the other pseudohaplotype, chrX, chrY, MT, and unplaced sequences not assigned to a pseudohaplotype. This assembly was generated with Verkko using PacBio Hifi and ONT UL data. Graph phasing to inform path selection was done using Hi-C information.
