Municipal parking for residents (PAR). Offers of free places

'Offer' is defined as the requirements made by the City Council of Madrid to people who are part of a waiting list of a municipal parking for residents. By registered mail, each member of the waiting list is required to be interested in acquiring the right to use the places offered. The offers of places are made by rigorous order to the people who are on the waiting list of each proposed car park. In this data set, the car parks in which it is planned to offer available spaces for residents in the coming months are detailed. NOTE: Currently, on the part of the Subdirectorate-General for Parking Management, the system for managing offers of vacancies is being modified to implement the 'automatic offer'; integrated with the list of applicants for places. The timetable offered in this dataset is simply indicative and includes the planned offers of each car park twice a year, but will progressively disappear with the implementation of the new system.
