Management of ENS panels – Loiret Department

Punctual layer that informs the signs within the ENS. **Collection Context** In 1997, the Loiret County Assembly decided to establish and use the Departmental Tax on Sensitive Natural Spaces (ENS) to promote the creation of sites open to the public free of charge. An ENS includes land in general that has become public (by application of the right of pre-emption, by amicable negotiation). The ENS are called departmental parks in the Loiret. In order to facilitate the heritage management of the facilities carried out on the 7 departmental parks open to the public, the various facilities (access, panels, furniture and roads) are referenced in databases. Recently (May 2023), the Environment Service needs an application that allows it to collect information that will be sent directly to the repository database. This data is part of the information that will be quickly and easily modifiable directly in the field. **Collection method** The initial database was created from GPS surveys (campaigns in 2007, 2009, 2012 and 2016). It was supplemented by photo-interpretation. It is now possible to modify this data directly in the field via Fields Maps. But also on the web map and on ArcGis Pro directly by targeting the repository database.
