Funerary amphora

This is an amphora of globular shape missing the upper part. It has two vertical handles decorated with anthemia on top of Aeolic capitals. Apart from the funerary stelae or columns, large ceramic vases or their imitations in stone were also used as grave-makers.此为一件球形腹安福拉瓶（amphora），缺失上部构件。器物配有两支竖耳，竖耳基部以埃奥利克柱头（Aeolic capitals）为基座，柱头顶部装饰有茛苕叶饰（anthemia）。除丧葬石碑（funerary stelae）与石柱外，大型陶瓷容器或以石材仿制的陶瓷容器亦被用作墓标。
