Repository Archive: Zenodo Preprint Series Date: July 2026 Abstract We present the finalized Appendix C of the Unified Theory of Stationary Light (TSL), synthesizing recent 2026 empirical anomalies—including the systemic chemical uniformity of the HR 8799 planetary architecture and James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) spectral deviations in intermediate-mass black holes—into a cohesive, non-local framework. By extending pilot-wave dynamics, Mod-9 topological invariance, and the 450-coordinate matrix across scales, we demonstrate that matter is not accumulated via stochastic bottom-up processes, but is instead precipitated as macroscopic standing waves ("Stationary Traps") dictated by a fixed Temporal Tally (T).
