Dataset Title: Modification of the matrix-reinforcement interface for tailoring wear resistance in co-electrodeposited Ni-SiC
收藏资源简介:
This dataset includes figures and, where available, supporting processed data associated with the manuscript:P. Jenczyk, D. M. Jarząbek, and E. Gadalińska, “Modification of the matrix-reinforcement interface for tailoring wear resistance in co-electrodeposited Ni-SiC,” International Journal of Mechanical Sciences, vol. 324, p. 111776, 2026. doi:10.1016/j.ijmecsci.2026.111776. The Figures are provided in [.jpg] format and the supporting processed data, where available, are provided in [.xls] format. The dataset is organized in folders named according to the corresponding manuscript figure or graphical abstract. Each folder contains the figure file and, where applicable, an accompanying .xls file with the processed data used to prepare the corresponding plot or quantitative result. Data files are labeled according to the corresponding figure in the manuscript. For example, Fig3.xls contains the processed data associated with Figure 3. The dataset includes the complete set of manuscript figures and the graphical abstract. The figures present the methodology of sample preparation, SEM/EDS characterization, XRD analysis, wear-track depth measurements, TKD/EBSD microstructural observations, interfacial bonding strength determined using micro-beam bending supported by finite element modelling, schematic interpretation of the co-deposition mechanism, and quantitative assessment of the matrix-reinforcement interface quality. Not all figures are accompanied by numerical data files. Figures based on microscopy images, schematic representations, graphical summaries, or visual interpretation of the experimental workflow are provided as figure files only. Numerical processed data are included only for figures or panels for which such data were available and applicable. The labels of the axes and the units are indicated directly in the figures and, where applicable, in the headers of the corresponding .xls files. Full context, methodology, and detailed analysis of the provided figures and supporting processed data can be found in the manuscript.
