各区县在上报历史文化资源信息时，需记录历史文化街区的规划信息展示，包括实现保护规划编制、保护机构及人员、保护资金、建筑修缮等，统一提交市级、省级住建部门工作人员对区县填报内容进行审核。

When reporting historical and cultural resource information, all districts and counties are required to record the planning information of historical and cultural blocks, including the formulation of protection plans, protection institutions and personnel, protection funds, building renovation and other relevant contents. The filled contents shall be uniformly submitted to the staff of housing and urban-rural development departments at municipal and provincial levels for review.
