Inner Oslofjorden Phytoplankton Database

The inner Oslofjorden Phytoplankton Database is a comprehensive data collection containing quantitative phytoplankton cell counts, associated metadata and available environmental data. The primary source for the collection is the monitoring programme for inner Oslofjorden conducted with varying yearly frequencies from 1973 until today, mainly by the Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA). From 2006 to 2020, sampling frequency was approximately monthly. Secondary, the database is also supplied with data from various projects from 1896 to 1976, conducted by researchers from University of Oslo (UiO).奥斯陆峡湾内层浮游植物数据库（inner Oslofjorden Phytoplankton Database）是一套综合性数据集，涵盖定量浮游植物细胞计数、相关元数据及可用环境数据。该数据库的核心数据源为1973年至今持续开展的奥斯陆峡湾内层监测项目，其年度采样频率逐年调整，主要由挪威水研究所（Norwegian Institute for Water Research, NIVA）负责实施。2006年至2020年期间，采样频率约为每月一次。此外，该数据库还补充收录了1896年至1976年间由奥斯陆大学（University of Oslo, UiO）研究人员开展的多项科研项目所产生的数据。
