Correlation between endoscopic reflux esophagitis (RE) and selected background factors.

CI, confidence interval; H. pylori, Helicobacter pylori; PG, pepsinogen; BMI, body mass index. We evaluated age and BMI as continuous variables. Multiple logistic regression analysis was applied to calculate standardized coefficients and odds ratio for selected seven variables. The seven variables are shown in order of the absolute values of standardized coefficients. The level of significance was set at p value置信区间（confidence interval，CI）、幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，H. pylori）、胃蛋白酶原（pepsinogen，PG）及体重指数（body mass index，BMI）。本研究将年龄与体重指数作为连续变量进行评估。采用多重logistic回归分析，针对筛选出的7项变量计算标准化系数与比值比（odds ratio）。该7项变量按照标准化系数的绝对值大小依次排序。本研究设定显著性检验水准为p值。
