Ambystoma tigrinum skin transcriptome contigs

We extracted RNA from the skin of three A. tigrinum individuals. cDNA libraries were sequenced on a 454 Genome Sequencer. Sequences from all skin libraries were pooled and assembled into contigs using PCAP.
