Supporting data and code for "Component-dependent performance of daily streamflow products under an external tropical-Andean benchmark"

This repository contains the supporting data, metadata, reproducibility scripts, and supplementary material for the study "Component-dependent performance of daily streamflow products under an external tropical-Andean benchmark". The study evaluates PISCO-ARNOVIC v1.1, GloFAS v5, and GRADES-hydroDL v2 against daily observed streamflow at 27 Peruvian gauging stations over the 2023–2025 period. The archive includes the assembled observational dataset, station and catchment metadata, station-to-product reach matching information, drainage-area normalization information, raw and normalized product discharge series used in the benchmark, R scripts for performance assessment, high-flow event analysis, pairwise inference, robustness and sensitivity analyses, and the supplementary tables and figures cited in the manuscript. Large third-party raster datasets used to derive catchment attributes, including CHELSA and FABDEM, are not redistributed. Their required versions and expected input structure are documented in the accompanying README. Original complete third-party streamflow products are likewise available from their respective providers cited in the manuscript. The gauging station is the inferential unit throughout the study. The repository is intended to allow reproduction of the analytical workflow and reported results.
