Publishing Reproducible Research Outputs - Literature sources and Thematic coding

The spreadsheets in the present dataset (CSV format) include: the sources considered during the literature review stage of the Knowledge Exchange activity on publishing reproducible research outputs (KE-PRRO); and the thematic coding that has been applied to these sources. It should be noted that not all sources considered are available in the thematic coding file, due to copyright considerations (e.g. in cases where significant portions of a subscription-only article have been coded). The thematic coding has been applied by using NVivo, a professional qualitative analysis software, and then exported in spreadsheet form for public sharing. The findings of this analysis have been used to produce a slide deck, which is also available on Zenodo at: http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4675457本数据集包含CSV格式电子表格两份，分别对应「发布可复现研究成果」知识交流活动（Knowledge Exchange activity on publishing reproducible research outputs，KE-PRRO）文献调研阶段所考量的全部文献来源，以及针对上述来源开展的主题编码工作。需注意，受版权考量影响（例如对仅订阅方可获取的文章的大量内容进行编码的情况），并非所有被纳入考量的文献来源均可在主题编码文件中获取。本次主题编码工作借助专业定性分析软件NVivo完成，随后以电子表格形式导出以供公开共享。本分析的研究结论已被用于制作演示幻灯片集，该幻灯片集同样可在Zenodo平台通过以下链接获取：http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4675457
