Assessing SNP-markers to study population mixing and ecological adaptation in Baltic cod

Genotype data (38 SNPs) for Baltic cod samples caught in 2015 and 2016. Samples were genotyped at loci diagnostic for the discrimination of western and eastern Baltic cod (assay name contains "_SEL") and at biologically informative loci (assay names contain "_CAN" or "_INV").<br>2015年与2016年捕获的波罗的海鳕鱼（Baltic cod）样本的基因型数据涵盖38个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）位点。研究对样本的两类基因座开展了基因分型：一类是用于区分西波罗的海鳕鱼与东波罗的海鳕鱼的诊断性基因座，对应检测体系名称包含“_SEL”标识；另一类是具有生物学信息意义的基因座，对应检测体系名称包含“_CAN”或“_INV”标识。
