Laboratory evaluation native parasitoid WCSB Spain

Laboratory evaluation of the parasitoid Ooencyrtus obscurus (Mercet) (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae) on Leptoglossus occidentalis Heidemann (Hemiptera: Coreidae), commonly knowns as the western conifer seed bug (WCSB), at laboratory condictions. Three trials were conducted: (1) 1 male and 1 female were paired (n=40) and WCSB egg clusters were exposed to its parasitism until female expired. (2) WCSB egg clusters were exposed to 1 female (n=30) for several days. (3) WCSB egg clusters were exposed to 1 female and 1 male (n=60) for several days.

本研究在实验室条件下，针对半翅目（Hemiptera）缘蝽科（Coreidae）的西方针叶种子蝽（Leptoglossus occidentalis Heidemann，俗称西部针叶树种子蝽，western conifer seed bug，缩写WCSB），开展了膜翅目（Hymenoptera）跳小蜂科（Encyrtidae）暗恩跳小蜂（Ooencyrtus obscurus (Mercet)，一种寄生性天敌（parasitoid））的室内寄生评价试验。试验共设置3组处理：(1) 按1雄1雌的比例配对暗恩跳小蜂（样本量n=40），将西方针叶种子蝽卵块置于该寄生蜂的寄生环境中直至雌蜂死亡；(2) 将30组西方针叶种子蝽卵块暴露于1头雌蜂的寄生环境中，持续数日；(3) 将60组西方针叶种子蝽卵块暴露于1雄1雌配对的寄生蜂群体的寄生环境中，持续数日。
