The dataset contains experimental and analytical results for thin films of PVDF/MWCNT composites with low nanotube content (0–0.50 wt%). The data were collected to investigate relationships between crystalline structure, electrical properties, and electromechanical response. The dataset includes: FT-IR spectra (400–1600 cm⁻¹) with Gaussian decomposition and β-phase fraction calculation, WAXD diffraction patterns and crystallinity analysis, SEM images and AFM topography maps, UV–Vis spectra (200–800 nm) and calculated band gap values, admittance measurements (0.3–1000 Hz) with electrical model fitting (R–CPE), DC current–voltage and current density–electric field characteristics as a function of temperature, electromechanical measurements from a hybrid AFM–Sawyer–Tower system (electric field, displacement, strain), derived material parameters (β-phase content, band gap, conductivity, piezoelectric and electrostrictive coefficients). The dataset covers reference PVDF and composites containing 0.05–0.50 wt% MWCNTs, fabricated via solution casting with ultrasonic assistance . These data enable analysis of structure–property–function relationships in PVDF/MWCNT composites and support validation of electrical and electromechanical models at micro- and nanoscale.
