These dataset was used to generate the figure of the manuscript "Immune-related genes in the honey bee mite Varroa destructor (Acarina, Parasitidae)". The compressed folder includes fasta sequences, alignments and tree files in separate sub-folders for each protein subjected to phylogenetic reconstruction.本数据集用于生成论文《蜜蜂寄生螨狄斯瓦螨（Varroa destructor，蜱螨目，寄螨科）的免疫相关基因》的相关配图。该压缩包包含多个独立子文件夹，每个子文件夹对应一个用于系统发育重建的蛋白质，分别存储fasta格式序列、序列比对文件及系统发育树文件。
