Single-cell transcriptome of skin biopsy-derived cells from healthy controls and psoriasis vulgaris patients (P6)

This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing profiles of skin cells obtained from 5 mm punch biopsies of patients with chronic plaque psoriasis and healthy donors. Single-cell suspensions were prepared by enzymatic digestion and mechanical dissociation, followed by live cell sorting. Libraries were constructed using 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell 3′ RNA kits and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform. Single-cell RNA sequencing data analysis was performed, including cell type annotation, providing a comprehensive transcriptomic map of heterogeneous skin cell populations in health and psoriasis.
