This dataset includes zooplankton relative abundance and presence/absence data from 2022 and 2023, along with the associated R code used to analyze spatial and temporal beta diversity across 23 urban stormwater management (SWM) ponds. The data were collected during the summers of 2022 and 2023 from ponds located in Brampton, Ontario. The accompanying R scripts perform statistical analyses and visualizations featured in the associated manuscript, 'Testing Spatial and Temporal Patterns in Beta Diversity of Zooplankton Communities from Urban Ponds'. This dataset is intended to support reproducibility and advance future research on temporal variability in aquatic ecosystems.
