This series is the inmates trust account cash books for Girl's Training Home, Parramatta and Kamballa.Each page within the volume is headed with the title 'Inmates trust account cash book'. The page contains a table which is divided into columns with the following headings: date, particulars (name of inmate), receipt number, receipts, payments, current account and bank saving account. At the end of each month there is a reconciliation of the account balances.The volumes are paginated and arranged in chronological order.
