Edited database for FAPROTAX

This FAPROTAX (Louca S, Parfrey LW, Doebeli M. Decoupling function and taxonomy in the global ocean microbiome. Science 2016;353:1272-7) database has been edited by Malin Bomberg to include lineages found in the Kevitsa mine and to accommodate for the taxonomy of the silva database version 132. All additions to the database have been marked with #ITERAMS and #ECOTAIL based on the projects for which this database has been used. No data has been removed from the original database.

本功能分类群注释数据库（FAPROTAX）的原始研究为Louca S、Parfrey LW与Doebeli M发表于《科学》2016年，353卷：1272-1277的论文《全球海洋微生物组中功能与分类学的解耦》。该数据库经Malin Bomberg编辑，新增了Kevitsa矿中发现的微生物谱系，并适配了Silva数据库132版本的分类学规范。所有新增内容均依据其实际使用项目，分别以#ITERAMS和#ECOTAIL进行标记，原始数据库未删减任何原有数据。
