iPSCs were induced into neuronal fate using either NGN2 or ACL1/DLX2 under different conditions. Single-cell RNA-sequencing was used to measure diversity of acquired neuronal fates. Single-cell multiome (RNA+ATAC) was performed on patterned iPSCs. Overall design: TF expression was induced by Dox, patterning was acquired using different morphogen concentrations of Retinoic Acid (RA), FGF8, XAV, CHIR, BMP4, SHH and CycA. Prepatterned samples were also exposed to different media.
