Bulk RNA-seq of the liver tissues at early time points after c-Met/ß-catenin expression (2 and 3 weeks) showed changes of gene expression of cell growth/migration, carbohydrate metabolism, and lipid metabolism. Overall design: Seven-week-old GS WT male mice were injected with vehicle or c-Met/?N90-ß-catenin/SB10 plasmids, and livers were harvested 0, 2 or 3 weeks after the injection for RNA-sequencing analysis.
