Re-offending statistics for NSW

The NSW Reoffending Database (ROD) contains information on each person who has been convicted of a criminal offence in NSW since 1994, and provides information on:\r\n\r\nthe number of convicted offenders receiving a penalty other than prison who re-offend within 12 months, by gender, age and Indigenous status.\r\n\r\n2) the number of persons exiting prison who re-offend within 12 months, by gender, age and Indigenous status.\r\n\r\n3) the number of convicted adult offenders who re-offend within the same offence group within 12 months by offence.\r\n\r\n4) the number of convicted adult offenders who re-offend with any offence within 12 months by offence.

新南威尔士州再犯罪数据库（NSW Reoffending Database, ROD）收录了1994年以来在新南威尔士州被判定犯下刑事罪行的全部人员的相关信息，并提供以下四类统计数据：

1) 按性别、年龄及原住民身份分类的、被判处非监禁刑罚且在12个月内再次犯罪的定罪罪犯人数；

2) 按性别、年龄及原住民身份分类的、刑满释放人员中12个月内再次犯罪的人数；

3) 按具体罪行划分的、12个月内再次犯下同类罪行的成年定罪罪犯人数；

4) 按具体罪行划分的、12个月内犯下任意新罪行的成年定罪罪犯人数。
