Microbial community on deployed units in surface water-mixed groundwater borehole

This study was performed to monitor any potential change of microbial community or aggregated microbes on the deployed surfaces in the groundwater borehole in close proximity of a stream. It has been studied and known for the surface water mixing in the hyporheic zone groundwater by the heavy extraction of groundwater for agricultural uses.
