用户入网时通过入网协议授权采集通话次数数据，通过脱敏处理，形成通话次数评分数据，根据中国联通用户隐私政策，后续在使用过程中，在征得用户单独授权后，方可调用用户数据用于通过输入本端手机号和对端手机号，统计本对端在一个月内的通话次数场景Per the User Privacy Policy of China Unicom: At the time of network registration, users authorize the collection of call count data via the network access agreement. Such collected data is then processed through data desensitization to generate call count scoring data. During subsequent usage, user data may only be invoked to tally the number of calls between the local and peer phone numbers within a one-month period, based on the input of the local and peer phone numbers, only after obtaining explicit separate authorization from the user.
