Transcriptomic profiling of PSEN2 mutation

Here we compared the transcriptomic profiles of cardiomyocytes derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells with or with presenilin 2 mutation (S130L). Overall design: Four isogenic pairs were compared. Each pair came from the same donor. The only difference is on the PSEN2 mutation.
