RNA-seq result of yeast cells grown in glucose and glycerol condition

This project investigates transcriptomic changes in Saccharomyces cerevisiae in response to distinct metabolic environments. RNA-seq was performed on wild-type yeast cultured in glucose (fermentative) and glycerol (respiratory) media.
