This dataset contains manually annotated brain vessel segmentations from 100 subjects of the IXI-MRA dataset, created as part of the research described in "Semi-automatic annotation of brain vessels in magnetic resonance angiography images". The annotations were generated using a semi-automatic pipeline combining Frangi filtering with expert manual refinement. The annotations provide ground truth for brain vessel segmentation tasks and can be used for algorithm development, validation, and benchmarking.    Using this dataset you have to cite all the following papers and resources:1.
