Whole blood was stimulated with polyIC and the supernatants harvested after 22 hours. Secreted cytokines were quantified using Luminex as per Sugrue et al. Cell Reports Medicine 2022.采用聚肌苷酸-聚胞苷酸（polyIC）对全血进行刺激处理，并于22小时后收集细胞上清液。依照Sugrue等人2022年发表于《Cell Reports Medicine》的研究方案，使用Luminex技术对分泌的细胞因子进行定量检测。
