The batteries underwent 100 cycles of aging. After cyclic aging, the batteries, along with fresh ones, were discharged at rates of 1C and 0.5C. The main parameters involved in the dataset include battery current, battery voltage, amplitude of acoustic emission waveform signals, event time interval, and waveform time interval. Among these, the two feature parameters, event time interval and waveform time interval, are calculated. All battery groups generated pulse-type acoustic emission signals during the 1C and 0.5C charging and discharging processes. The acoustic emission waveform signals exhibited dual-waveform characteristics throughout the entire charging and discharging cycles, with both the waveform time interval and signal time interval following a pattern of rapid decline initially, followed by a stable decline. The research findings validate the feasibility of non-destructive acoustic emission monitoring during the charging and discharging processes of lithium-ion batteries, aiming to provide new technical support for assessing the health status of lithium-ion batteries.
