The association of SNPs with CAD risk in dorminant inheritance mode.

CAD: coronary artery disease; OR: odds ratio; CI: confidence interval. ORa, CIa and Pa reperesent the OR, CI and p values after adjustment from gender, age, BMI and smoking history, respectively. Chi square test was used to evaluate the 95% CI and P value. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the ORa, 95%CI and P values.CAD（coronary artery disease，冠状动脉疾病）；OR（odds ratio，比值比）；CI（confidence interval，置信区间）。ORa、CIa及Pa分别指代经性别、年龄、BMI（Body Mass Index，身体质量指数）与吸烟史校正后的比值比、置信区间与P值。采用卡方检验计算95%置信区间与P值；采用多重logistic回归分析计算校正后的比值比（ORa）、95%置信区间（95%CI）及P值。
