Raw data and code base for the research approach on The influence of climate change on the distribution patterns and conservation strategies of amphibian species in Madagascar. Briefly, the code reproduces the traditional Ecological Niche Modelling (ENM) and the Ensemble of Small Models (ESM) framework; perform assemblage-level analysis in the resulting outputs; and build the figures used in the main text and supplementary material.本数据集为探究气候变化对马达加斯加两栖动物物种分布格局及保护策略影响的研究方法配套的原始数据与代码库。简言之，该代码可复现传统生态位模型（Ecological Niche Modelling, ENM）与小模型集成（Ensemble of Small Models, ESM）框架，对模型输出结果开展群落水平分析，并绘制论文正文及补充材料所需的图表。
