Dataset of off-axis electron holography images used to recontruct the phase of the electron beam after interaction with a "chopstic" device (2 needles biased at opposite potensials that are able to generate and electron vortex beam). Here we varied the potential difference between the two opposedly biased needles to generate electron vortex beams with different orbital angular momentum. The OAM of these beams has been varied from 0 to 3h-bar, and some of the generated beams have fractional OAM.
本数据集为离轴电子全息图像(off-axis electron holography images),用于重建电子束与"chopstic"装置相互作用后的相位。该装置由两根施加相反电位的针组成,可生成电子涡旋束。本研究通过调节两根反向偏置针之间的电位差,以生成具有不同轨道角动量(orbital angular momentum, OAM)的电子涡旋束。所生成光束的轨道角动量取值范围为0至3倍约化普朗克常数(h-bar),其中部分光束具有分数量轨道角动量。
